Hooper is a great doctor. But the ridiculous over-scheduling of this practice has created an environment where doctors can't spend the time necessary with their patients. It feels like herding cattle.

Love Dr Hooper, Laice and Taylor. Always so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In and out in a timely manner.

Best Doc around. I have been visiting him 20 years!

I've been seeing Dr. Hooper for about 20 years now. He's never let me down or made me feel less than his number one priority when I come to him with a concern.

Dr. Hooper listen to what you have to say and does not rush you and move on to the next person.

Dr. Hooper is very straight forward-to the point and listens to your concerns, which seems to be something healthcare lacks this day and time.

Dude has zero interest in me or my symptoms. Just wants to get me out as fast as possible. Didn't even ask question during my visit and never follows up with results from the ordered tests. Total joke

I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment due to car trouble. I was still seen within an hour of my original appointment time. When I asked if I needed to make another appointment because I had questions that would take extra time to answer. Dr Hooper gladly answered my questions and took all the time with me that I needed to make some major decisions about my health. I appreciated his attitude.

Did not take my questions seriously, was in a hurry to get out of the room. He did not take the time to answer specific questions. I had to stop him from leaving to ask for when I should return for follow up. I am a 67y/o male with several chronic conditions. I will not likely return.

Even though Dr. Hooper is not my PCP, he treated me as though I was. Even though the office was swampe today, I feel like he spend plenty of time accessing my situation.

Dr Hooper does a very good job. He listens and doesn't talk down to me and is quite knowledgeable. Not perfect as it was a surprise one prescription cost $1000+ vs $35. Laice Walden has been helpful too.

Dr. Hooper is a very knowledgeable and skilled physician. He has handled all of my health problem quickly and efficiently when I've been ill and with preventative medicine i.e. flu shot, shingles vaccine, and COVID vaccine and booster shot etc. Dr. Hooper has treated worked to help me maintain better health and mobility as I've reached my mid-80's. He is a fine physician and I trust him with my health.

Scheduled office visits are conducted efficiently and on time. Dr. Hooper is informed before entering the room and works with other health care providers to coordinate my health needs.

Never took the time to address my issues or give a real explanation for what I was dealing with. Only talked about taking more meds for which I'm trying to get off of. Didn't offer any direct solutions or ask the questions that would at least show concern about my condition. This was a visit where I waited longer too see him than he was in the room. Absolutely the worst when it comes to showing concern. He could at least fake like he cares about helping you
