I like Dr. Graversen very much. He's friendly and personable and so is everyone in the office. I trust him and feel well cared for. There is one thing though: Dr. should close his office door when he is dictating exam results into his computer. Patients waiting in exam rooms can overhear what he's saying about others he has just seen. It's never anything bad, just clinical results, but those should not be overheard by others.

Congenial and knowledgeable. Makes patient feel comfortable. I feel like the relationship is “us, we” rather than doctor and patient.
