Dr. Joselito Ouano, M.D., provides primary care with PrimeCare Fulton. He is a board-certified family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the Cebu Institute of Medicine in the Philippines. His residency was completed at The Reading Hospital in Pennsylvania. Dr. Ouano is also a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in biology.
At Primecare, Dr. Ouano delivers care to patients from one year of age to maturity and believes that it’s essential to know his patients.
When Dr. Ouano isn’t providing patient care, he likes to salmon fish, go waterfowl hunting, and cross-country ski. He’s been practicing medicine for 24 years.
