I was not happy with the way I was treated at the Bone and joint center, particularly how I was treated when I came to the office 1 day after procedure. The nurse was not gentle at all. The tape that was on my skin was ripped off., causing my skin to tear. The nurse who was assisting refused to wear gloves. I was very very uncomfortable with that. when I came back for my 10-day assessment. The nurse was again rough with pulling the tape off. she even left the room. not even saying I'll be back. So my husband and I use water on medical square gauze. to get the rest of the tape off. I felt that my problems that I was receiving from my visit was discussed before the doctor came in. because he the doctor refused to put on gloves also
just to say I am a retired medical worker. and I know how to treat a patient and that was not it from neither Dr. Or nurse. what doctor comes into another patient's room and not wash his hands or put on gloves to do a procedure like removing stitches?

Actually, I’m not gonna lie. It was probably the easiest and stress-free Dr visit I’ve ever been to was in and out in 20 minutes. He was quick professional, and to the point and handled everything.

Dr. Jose Ortega is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist.
