Dr. Matt's is one excellent Neurologist. He is so caring and his energy makes you feel like you are his only patient. He takes time to list to you and your health concerns. He is very up lifting and he encourages you to help yourself with your neurological pain The office staff, nurses, radiation etc are the best always helpful and also with happy faces to greet you. I will miss Dr. Matt's and wish him well in the up coming days..I'm looking forward to stay with this group of specialists but I sure will miss my energetic Dr. Matus..

Dr. Jose Matus joined TIND in 2003. Previously he had worked in the Dallas area for many years before joining TIND. He is a people person. He takes pride in making sure he has spent enough time with each and every patient. Dr. Matus has interests in all aspects of Neurology but is a diagnostician at heart. He has been the Medical Director of two inpatient rehabilitation units in the Texoma area. Dr. Matus also has keen interest in vestibular dysfunctions and non-medical ways to help alleviate this difficult problem.
He and his wife Amy live in Sherman with their twin children. He loves to spend time with his kids and participate in their school activities. He likes to ski and is very active in his church.
