I’ve been going to White Wilson for the past 10 years and I’ve never had any issues but this doctor Jose Luis did not meet our expectations whatsoever and couldn’t help me with the concerns I had for my son. And his physicals for a yearly wellness check was not conducted like other doctors do took less then 10 minutes seeing him he showed no concerned about my worries. Definitely not going back to him.
All was well- very basic well appointment. Nurse was friendly, doctor was nice- straight to the point. My only critique would be for the doctor to practice explaining what he’s doing while examining the child to promote informed care and consent for the child being examined. But it was a quick and easy appointment and everyone was caring.
José Luis was very attentive and listened to us.

We had a great, useful visit. Dr Luis was helpful and informative.
First impression mean a lot to us. Dr. Luis seemed already done for the day and didn’t know why we were there. I can tell he didn’t look into our child’s records as he kept misgendering. We had concerns and were told we were overreacting. We saw another Pediatrician the next day who took time to listen to us , come up with a game plan that helped our baby tremendously. I used to recommend White Wilson but the quality and compassion for the children well being has gone down the drain.
He was dismissive of my concerns.
Barely spoke 5 words. Was un knowledgeable about a basic form needed for school (thank you to the nurse who handled it). Smelled like he bathed in his cologne to the point my nose was burning. Will not see again.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Timely and listened to my concerns and ordered appropriate testing and referrals.
