i had to wait over 2 hours to ,see Dr Jacob where he was in the next room talking and laughing with a male patient? I finally decided to leave and he czme to me and said I can see you now. There were no emergencies to warrant this behavior and he said I had a stroke and I kept saying no, diabetes which is another no and he wants a blood test of which my GP and the Cancer Clinic do. I was upset to say the least and had to pick up my neighbor from work for which I was late. He did not go through my ECHO but told me to quit smoking. I smoke 4 cigarettes a day at most and do not wish to quit although I have done so many times at length since I was 17 years of age. I wanted more not just my need to stop smoking.
