Dr navas always takes time to explain things and answer my questions. He reassures me that my health is improving based on recent long term hospital stay. I like his idea of having patient care teams (dr/specialist, pa and nurse who all stay up to speed on each patients file so they can provide quality care, especially with increased demand of patient volume.
