Jorge Daza, M.D.

Dr. Jorge Daza, M.D., is a highly specialized urologist at Associated Medical Professionals of NY. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency in urology at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada in Bogotá, Colombia. Following his residency, Dr. Daza moved to New York City, where he dedicated three years to clinical and translational research at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. This period of intensive study allowed him to contribute to the advancement of urological science, with his findings published in several high-impact medical journals. He then went on to complete a Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO) fellowship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he specialized in the multidisciplinary management of complex urologic cancers.

While Dr. Daza provides expert surgical care for the full spectrum of urology, including kidney stones and general urinary conditions, he is specifically skilled in robotic surgery and HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate). Dr. Daza believes that the best medical outcomes are achieved through a combination of technical precision and clear communication.
