Dr. Jordan Helmer, DO, FACOOG is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate women's healthcare throughout every stage of life. From adolescence and family planning to pregnancy, postpartum care, and menopause, she is passionate about helping women achieve their healthiest and most confident lives.

A California native, Dr. Helmer discovered her passion for women's health at a young age and has remained committed to caring for women from all backgrounds and walks of life. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California, before attending Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, where she received her medical degree and developed a deep appreciation for the Arizona community.

Dr. Helmer completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she served as Chief Resident. She achieved board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2026 and is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

During residency, Dr. Helmer welcomed her daughter into the world, an experience that deepened her understanding of the physical, emotional, and mental challenges women often face during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
