Dr. Chaisson was great and answered all my concerns and questions. I do have feedback on the intake portion of the appointment. Typically two individuals are in the room and both are sternly and simultaneously asking either questions or wanting you to do something to prepare for the Dr.. This process is not ideal and makes this time even more stressful, and not very calming. It definitely raises my blood pressure. I would recommend changing this process and allow more time for one person to do this intake portion so it does not stress the patient out even more than we already are. This is an across the board process at this practice, and it is not good. Happy with Dr. Chaisson tho.
