Doctor Knops has a very light-hearted, kind and comical personality. We felt comfortable asking him questions and had no problem trusting him with my upcoming surgery. He does a great job communicating to us the pros and cons of surgery, as well as ensuring that the patient is safe and sound.
Very professional and caring. Went over it all with me.
Quick, made me feel at home and explained everything even I could understand. I was fortunate he took time for me.
Pleasant and efficient
He was so amazing with my 18 month old. Explained everything clearly, was playful, gentle, and let me ask questions. I left feeling heard, and my daughter was grinning ear to ear (despite needing tubes).
A great and empathetic man, and doctor. He is caring and understanding.
Very knowledgeable and professional! Great bedside manners that puts the patient at ease!
Takes time to explain everything. Very smart and very personable.
I highly recommend Dr Knops if you want a doctor who is sincere, efficient, and down to earth. You can be confident you’ll be taken care of.
I appreciated your honesty about Jim Will's hearing loss and that he didn't need hearing aids. Dr Knops was kind and gentle with JIm. Thank you Faye Grant
