The nursing staff at this facility is top notch. They are caring, incredibly efficient, knowledgable, and somehow are still able to keep to the schedule. Dr Wilmot is quick to answer all questions, and very good at this work.

Overall Dr. Wilmot and his staff took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect, in the preparation room, the procedure room, and the post-procedure room. My son who was my ride was keep informed as well so he could be helpful to me.

I only had a very short conversation with him, but he was very nice and pleasant.

It’s not Jon’s fault. The only issue I had was finding out what I had to do for my colonoscopy. When I called first time directed to how to use the medicine. Was not aware had to be on liquid diet until I called a second time. Maybe I didn’t use website right but it was not very clear.

Overall a great experience. The prep instructions were vague about when to go NPO. It says "you doctor will give you instructions". which seems unrealistic that Dr. Wilmont would instruct each patient. Something like, "you will need to stop eating solids And your regular food and switch to clear liquids and water 24 hours prior to your procedure."

Dr. Wilmot was very friendly, personable. He explained everything he was doing during my colonoscopy which helped me feel calm and comfortable during the entire procedure. The only uncomfortable or anxious part of the entire experience for me was the male nurse who prepped me was not very cordial. I realize that he had a job to do but he could have made a patient's experience less stressful if he had been more personable and patient and willing to answer my questions and concerns.

Doctor was great and nurses were great and professional and nice. Admin/office was hard to work with. Did not get me my paper work on both occasions and I had to call to get paper work. Also forgot to submit my prescription.
