Doctor explained everything well, the assistant was helpful in reminding to me to breathe. She was very short with the NA when I came out visibly upset as the pain was excruciating. Assistant told her I was fine while offering me water.
Met Dr Strand for the first time today. I found him very friendly and respectful. I did not feel rushed through my appointment. He listened carefully as I described my problems. We were able to make a plan for treatment to include some testing. After testing follow up will be scheduled. Was very pleased with initial appointment.
