The check In and appointment went quickly. They took an X-ray and it showed the ankle injury had healed. The made the next follow up in a month to insure "all is well". From receptionist to appointment setter took 30 minutes - great job!
Was in and out like a flash.
Spent 5 minutes with me and didnt explain anything. Only said you have arthritis in neck and small fracture. He seemed to busy for any questions or concerns I had
Very professional and through.
Dr.Harris is a very nice doctor.
Very personable, knowledgeable founder the problems I have on MRI quickly explained and I was gone. He seems to be a very valuable asset to your group. Keep him and treat him well.
He takes the time to listen to you and answers so you can understand him
Friendly and thorough.
Dr. Harris is both courteous and professional, however, he failed to do any education in regards to what was going on. He simply told me that I would likely need surgery and scheduled an MRI.. while understanding he could not make a definitive diagnosis without MRI, he failed to even discuss what his suspicions were and what I needed to do to avoid or minimize re-injury to the knee/meniscus while awaiting the scan. As a retired RN, I was able to research valid sources. (Mayo Clinic et al) as well as some alternative sites for answers to my questions. Even directions for Best sites to obtain information would have been more appropriate than simply waiting for scan results.
Love Dr Harris . So helpful and so through.
