He was very informative but he cuts me off whenever I wanted to ask him questions. That made me uncomfortable and didn't want me to ask him more questions..

Doctor was nice but waited over an hour to see him for five minute for him to suggest what I could’ve looked up online. Didn’t really feel like he cared to spend the time with me and just wants me to do a bunch of tests to cover his tracks. Not impressed

I felt his explanation of my condition was difficult to understand. He did order a test and prescription to try. Felt a little rushed. Glad he was ok with me not doing a breath test I didn’t want.

The staff was great! I forgot paperwork for my referral so they accommodated me since I am fortunate to live across the street. Then meeting Dr. Matthew he was great, he listened to me, even though I have trouble getting my words out quickly sometimes. But he listened to my big concerns that I’ve had for years and I’m getting scans done now to see what the problem might be.

45 minute wait is a bit too long. Do not ask for me to be there 15 minutes early and then add an additional 30 minutes of waiting time. My time is valuable too
