He is always in a rush. Can't wait to get out of the treatment room. Hard to relax around him. Hard to ask questions and get sincere straight answers. Great guy but under too much pressure financially to see too many patients a day.

No one can make a bladder endoscopy a pleasant experience. In both his technique and personable approach Dr. Jay does everything just right to prevent it from becoming distinctly unpleasant. I have very high regard for him.

Dr Jay is excellent. However, I made an 8:30 appt and still had to wait an hour to see him for a 5 minute appointment. Very frustrating.
