After 2 years of seeing 3 other gastro doctors, Dr. Goldstein gave me straight up answers and guidelines to get relief!

Didn’t seem willing to patiently answer my questions before a colonoscopy. Bedside manner wasn’t great from him and his whole team. I felt rushed to get out of there when it was done and I was very drowsy and unstable from the drugs. He didn’t answer the call from my spouse after the procedure to answer questions.

Dr. Goldstein is an excellent gastroenterologist. He is knowledgeable and caring along with being an expert physician.

Thank to have him, i have a complicated history. He has always been on top of things and seeks answers.

I've had several colonoscopies by Dr. Goldstein and recently an upper endoscopy. In my opinion, he is excellent. He communicates very clearly and completely. He's friendly and open. I've never had any trouble undergoing any of the procedures. The practice seems to have skilled and friendly people and the routine for taking patients through each process seems very efficient and organized.

Getting the appointment was a little difficult - hence the 4 star rating - I called as a new patient nearly a year ago - but I’m attributing that to COVID - office cancelled my 1st appt - I cancelled my second. Finally almost a year later I had my colonoscopy! Upon arrival at office - all the staff was very pleasant. Procedure was on time. Dr & staff explained things and were open to questions. (The prep was worse than the procedure - as usual!) I would definitely recommend him to friends or family.

The staff was amazing. I felt as though I was getting berated for being overdue for my screening. I didn’t feel as though I needed to explain I lost my parents and my husband became disabled over the last 3 years. Trying to navigate major life changes probably isn’t an excuse. I was there however, I don’t need to feel chastised by the Dr who is going to be working on me.

He is very knowledgeable and helpful! He walks you through step by step making sure you understand what is going on.

Dr Goldstein was polite, professional and on time. The staff was wonderful from check-in to recovery.

This Dr does not have the greatest bedside manner. Very dry personality and awkward conversation. Doesn't remember anything about me as a patient without reading my chart at each appointment.

I am very pleased with him being my regular gastroenterologist, both from professional and personal points of view. I especially appreciate his timely responsiveness with very short questions which I not very often ask by email.
