Overall my experience was wonderful. My only suggestion would be a consultation with nurse I had previously seen or the doctor himself briefly to discuss further treatment/going further, because the outgoing nurse wasn’t as knowledgeable about my outgoing needs.

Dr. Gaspar was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable: the perfect combination one would want in a doctor.

The brief time I talked to him before the procedure he was very professional and asked if I had any questions which I didn’t since I have had a colonoscopy before.

Dr. Gaspar was very friendly, pleasant and a very good communicator. He made sure that if I had any questions, he was there to answer them.

He was good and thorough only thing is can’t understand him with his mask on and when he uses terms like acute gastritis — not always talking to another medical professional so I had no idea what that is until I googled it.

Dr. Gaspar is the best of the best. He was there for me through my dads diagnosis of JE junction cancer and worked with me to ensure that I was not headed down the same path. He even called personally after my dad passed to express sympathy. Good doctors are hard to come by and Dr. Gaspar is AMAZING. He is the only GI I refer patients to.

As a doctor, detailed oriented staff and timeliness is important for patient satisfaction. The two most recent experiences with Dr. Gaspar has lacked responsibility or remorse of the mistakes his staff made that prolonged my symptoms. The trust built with the Dr was tarnished and I decided against doing a procedure with him because I now doubt their ability to perform at 100% accuracy.

He came in and said good morning and introduced himself. And asked me how I was doing and I let hm know what was going with me.

Dr Gaspar answered all my questions, was super nice, patient, and reassuring. I had a very good experience.
