Didn't seem interested in helping me with my problem. I gave him a list of my medications and he said 5 of them could be a problem, but didn't tell me which ones. No offer to have hormone labs. No suggestion of a plan for me and no follow-up appointments.

ED is a tough subject to approach. Unfortunately, there is no real repair. From the patient stand point, it is a tough acceptance that an important part of your life is gone, it is not coming back. All the options seem so artificial, the real problem can not be fixed. Then you have to ask yourself does my wife really want me to get it fixed. Sadly in my case I think the answer is no. I have not felt she has had any desire for me for a really long time. So although I appreciate his time, his approach felt mechanical to me no empathy and I felt even he knows what he has to offer is fruitless. I am not going to kid myself to even have hope that I will ever again get hard, feel wanted, or truly enjoy sex again
