Results of shoulder replacement surgery are spectacular. After 7 months I can swim and do all strokes desired: overhead, backstroke & breaststroke. He has a wonderful, caring manner and takes pride in his work. He is very busy so wait times can be extended, but worth the wait.

Dr. JR is a great physician and comforting but busy, therefore always in a big hurry to finish his appointment. He needs to slow down and spend the required time with his patients to answer questions.

I was afraid I would have to have surgery to repair my shoulders but he looked at my xrays and said that 50%+ of people my age have this problem and he treated it with steroid shots instead. I have been on cloud nine all day today.

Amazing Doctor

Terrible visit - referral from another doctor in the same practice - doctor gave me 4 1/2 minutes of his time and lectured me about something completely irrelevant regarding my condition - I am no closer to understanding why my shoulders are in so much pain after seeing this doctor so I wasted my time and I’m back to square one

14 months after surgery my shoulder is as functional as can be expected for a reverse replacement. Dr. Rudski's expertise and advice on rehab are excellent.

Dr Rudzki is the best! He is not only incredibly talented and smart but also has a warm, caring bedside manner. My knee injury did not require surgery but he did do ACL surgery on my daughter and complicated shoulder surgery on my son. Both were athletic injuries-cheerleading and ice hockey. We have all been given top notch care and we would all highly recommend Dr. Rudzki.

First meeting with Dr. Rudzki went veyr well. He is a listener, did not overwhelm me with jargon when discussion my present problem, outlined what the future probably held for me, both in the short- and long-term, recommended a physical therapist, and adjusted my pain medication. A wonderful start and I am pleased to be under his care.

Dr Rudzski is AMAZING I believe he is the WOSM shoulder specialist but all of them can do other areas as well. He has diagnosed various issues for me spot on three times in the past ten years - not a lot of fuss, no wasting of time yet always done in a thoughtful and friendl manner, takes the time to explain my injury, show me the xrays, etc. Gave a pep talk when I was bummed about surgery. super duper well coordinated office with good communication between doctors and physical therapists.

Dr. Rudzki provides excellent advice and attention. His careful approach is geared towards addressing injuries successfully in the least invasive way.

JR is fantastic. Always sees me when ive injured myself and unlike many surgeons takes a very conservative approach: trying PT and other options before recommending surgery. I trust him to treat me properly.

Doctor was wonderful. However, I had to wait 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen.

I appreciated the time that Dr Rudzki took to explain my condition and the plan of action going forward.

Doc was great, but usual medical office plan to push all dead time onto patients so Docs never waste a minute. Doctor time worth 100; patient time worth 0.

He was thorough as well as thoughtful. Superior treatment.

Dr knowledgeable but office has poor manners in not respecting patients time. long wait in both waiting room and examining room. Student was not introduced when he accompanied Dr into examining room-not acceptable
