Really appreciate Dr. Rudzki's positive attitude and relaxed manner. All of the staff is so pleasant and helpful too.

Spent no time allowing me to ask questions about my steroid injections. Entering room and leaving immediately afterwards saying I’ll be back. Returned 20-25 minutes later, at least 20 Minutes after the steroid Injections had been delivered, and injected them. Could ask questions the about how long before injections took effect, etc. Only saying next time you’ll need a shoulder replacement. When asked about risks, he named numerous horrible ones giving me no time to ask further abound my shots. I had to call and speak with his assistant to answer my questions that should have been answered by Dr Rudzki.

Results of shoulder replacement surgery are spectacular. After 7 months I can swim and do all strokes desired: overhead, backstroke & breaststroke. He has a wonderful, caring manner and takes pride in his work. He is very busy so wait times can be extended, but worth the wait.

Dr. JR is a great physician and comforting but busy, therefore always in a big hurry to finish his appointment. He needs to slow down and spend the required time with his patients to answer questions.

Dr. Rudski was absolutely incredible! He found my problem immediately, treated it and I am better already. I was so impressed. I walked out of there feeling like I was 20 years younger. I was afraid I would have to have surgery to repair my shoulders but he looked at my xrays and said that 50%+ of people my age have this problem and he treated it with steroid shots instead. I have been on cloud nine all day today.

Initial exam and greeting was very rushed and he left the room without explaining treatment. He later took time to answer questions. The exam room however was very dusty. That should not be the case for a doctors office.

Amazing Doctor

Terrible visit - referral from another doctor in the same practice - doctor gave me 4 1/2 minutes of his time and lectured me about something completely irrelevant regarding my condition - I am no closer to understanding why my shoulders are in so much pain after seeing this doctor so I wasted my time and I’m back to square one

14 months after surgery my shoulder is as functional as can be expected for a reverse replacement. Dr. Rudski's expertise and advice on rehab are excellent.

Dr Rudzki is the best! He is not only incredibly talented and smart but also has a warm, caring bedside manner. My knee injury did not require surgery but he did do ACL surgery on my daughter and complicated shoulder surgery on my son. Both were athletic injuries-cheerleading and ice hockey. We have all been given top notch care and we would all highly recommend Dr. Rudzki.

First meeting with Dr. Rudzki went veyr well. He is a listener, did not overwhelm me with jargon when discussion my present problem, outlined what the future probably held for me, both in the short- and long-term, recommended a physical therapist, and adjusted my pain medication. A wonderful start and I am pleased to be under his care.

Dr. Rudzki is a terrific doctor. He also is kind and was mentoring a resident during the visit about how to think about the diagnosis. It is lovely to see a doctor of his caliber helping the next generation to learn.

Dr Rudzski is AMAZING I believe he is the WOSM shoulder specialist but all of them can do other areas as well. He has diagnosed various issues for me spot on three times in the past ten years - not a lot of fuss, no wasting of time yet always done in a thoughtful and friendl manner, takes the time to explain my injury, show me the xrays, etc. Gave a pep talk when I was bummed about surgery. super duper well coordinated office with good communication between doctors and physical therapists.

JR is fantastic. Always sees me when ive injured myself and unlike many surgeons takes a very conservative approach: trying PT and other options before recommending surgery. I trust him to treat me properly.

A good doctor, but not the most empathetic. Focuses more on what you will lose than what you can do to remain healthy. I.e. felt like more problems than solutions offered. Left feeling discouraged.

Dr. Rudski is superb. The office waits are really out of hand. The last three appts I've had I've arrived on time or early. I've waited 45 mins, an hour and today 75 mins. Hard to see how I could have my clients wait that long

Dr. Rudzki was terrific with my son when he let him know that he would be out of sports for the rest of the season. He also noticed another issue with my son (we were there for a different injury) that needed immediate attention.

After dealing with a work related injury, at the end of my visits I was told that I need to lose 20 lbs to get rid of my knee pain. I am the same weight before and after my injury and my weight has never caused any joint pain.

Had to wait over an hour past my appointment time. Unfortunately this is not unusual with JR. Whoever sets his schedule needs to take into account and set his appointments accordingly.

Doc made me wait a full 60 minutes after appointment time to see me. I doubt he'll pay me my hourly rate, however.

I found Dr. Rudzki to be very knowledgeable and courteous, and he clearly is a scholar of his craft as a shoulder specialist. As with most orthopedic practices, my wait time was very long--nearly 30 minutes.
