Exceptional professionalism and compassionate “bedside manner” by both Dr Morgan and his PA Pam. They listen and communicate well—answering all questions and educating on treatment and procedures.
Can’t say enough good things about this Drs expertise and care. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. Pam is also excellent at what she does to make sure healing took place.
Was patient, listened to evey thing I had to say, did a quick but thorough exam and made sensible suggestions. My issue was not overwhelming but has caused significant discomfort . I appreciate hus prifessionalism and honesty.
Wish I had found him a long time ago. Answers my questions and listened to me.
Dr. Morgan was very friendly and respectful. He diagnosed what my problem was quickly and efficiently came up with a plan to heal. All the staff was great.
Terrible patient interaction. Acted bored. Canceled my follow up and scheduled with another orthopedic practice in Wichita.
Attentive and thorough care by both Pam and Dr. Morgan
Dr. Morgan was friendly and explained my x-ray with me. He wanted to see me on a follow up visit to make sure the shots he gave me were going to work for me. I appreciate the fact that he wanted to make sure that the pain in my feet was better.
Very friendly and great patient rapport. Also very knowledgeable and great at answering questions.
I appreciate him telling me surgery would not be necessary if I had no pain with having a bunion. However, I'm not sure as to what his typical procedure is to check someone's foot when asked about my big toe that appeared the nail bed was bruised and he remained seated, didn't make an effort to examine my toe and said it was fungus. To me it seemed he was too far away to make that diagnosis from his chair and I would have preferred he at least come closer and examined my foot.
