Had I been given directions for my specific surgery & not for glaucoma surgery this would be 5 stars. I was never given verbal or written instructions that I was not to wash the area until my 1 week check up appointment, I was washing my face since the day after surgery ! Also ointment I was to use had instructions to apply IN the eye, when it should have been ON the eye.

Dr Dusse is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explains everything to you. I have been going to him for years. Very happy with ECVA and their staff!!

Easy to talk to…

He is the best! I had a painless, perfect cataract surgery in one eye and will return to him to have surgery on the other eye. He has treated me since about 1997. I will not go to another ophthalmologist. He does a thorough examination and always answers my questions. He has excellent manner.

Dr. Dusse is a great doctor! He did a Laser treatment on my right eye to get rid of the blurriness i had in it when my previous eye doctor told me she couldn't do anything to help me that it would stay that way. Which, I still don't understand why she didn't tell me what it was or refer me to someone else. I'm so glad I got the second opinion from Dr. Duesse!

Through the years of him becoming my Optometrist he always explains about your eye health and asks if I have any questions or concerns!

Only complaint is when I checked in at 10:10 I was told “you do know your appt is at 10:45”. She was wrong - it was actually at 10:30- pulled up the confirmation on my phone. The receptionist said this has been happening a lot. Might want to fix that and not accuse patients of having the wrong time.

He is outstanding. One year ago, I woke up with a severe case of shingles that was on the left side of my scalp, forehead and eyelid. My primary was afraid it would go into my eye and immediately put me on medication and looking for an eye doctor to see me immediately. Dr. Dusse saw me that morning even though I was not a pair isn’t of his before. He was so kind and compassionate as well as an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him and he is now my eye doctor forever!!

Dr Dusse is wonderful!! I've had a problem, blepharitis for over twenty years...he spent a long time diagnosing, explaining, and giving me a wonderful treatment for my eyes. No other ophthalmologist had ever helped me this much. My eyes look and feel so much better. I thank the Lord that I got to see him for an appointment. Very knowledgeable and wise about my condition.

I was diagnosed with a severe case of shingles on my face scalp and eye. Despite not having been a patient prior, Dr. Dusse took me immediately so that my eyesight was not damaged. He is continuing to monitor my eye and shingles. He is an excellent doctor and is very kind (an a good sense of humor) aHos staff at both locations are excellent and both offices are clean and well managed - prompt appointments. I can’t say enough about the excellent care I have been given and I highly recommend Dr. Dusse.
