My appointment was schedules for 2:30. I arrived at my appointment about 1:55. I was out of the office by 2:35. I gave a specimen, nurse came in the office took vital signs, and I spoke with Dr. Wilbanks shortly afterwards. He addressed all my concerns after listening to my present issue. He was very thorough and explained how he was going to resolve my issue, as well as discussed how we would handle the issue in the event that the present treatment didn't work. The appointment was very professional without a longggg wait time.
