Dr. John Wallace is a board-certified anesthesiologist and is fellowship-trained in pain management and spinal intervention. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of painful conditions of the entire spine, muscles, joints, and nerves. Dr. Wallace aims to reduce or alleviate a patient’s pain through comprehensive evaluation and treatment plans, minimally invasive procedures, the use of cutting-edge technology, and patient participation.
Prior to completing his fellowship training at The CORE Institute, Dr. Wallace cared for patients as an anesthesiologist at Valley Anesthesia, Kalamazoo Anesthesiology, and Central Anesthesia Services. Dr. Wallace completed his residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. Dr. Wallace is a member of the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Dr Wallace is a great doctor and human being. He cares so much for his patients and truly only wants the best for them. He is patient, answers questions and never rushes you. His bedside manner is impeccable! He provides excellent care for my brother. Thank you Dr. Wallace…you truly are the best!

Dr. Wallas is very caring! He explained everything so I could understand. He explained all my options and helped me understand everything. He was amazing and his nurse was also amazing! I would recommend him to anyone who has back issues.
Dr. Is awesome. Seems to always be ready to discuss his plan for you. Checks to confirm patient is doing as well or better than expected. Human nature is to be positive about procedures that help and I highly recommend to people that they take the opportunity to visit him and his talented staff.

I usually give the Dr a. 5 out of 5, however, this last appointment I had with him, my experience was not up to my expectations. I had an outpatient back injection with non sedation, he did not talk me through the process. I had no idea what was going on and that was not a good situation for me. I would suggest moving forward, please always walk your patients through the process. Please and thank you.
