I was really looking forward to this appt & maybe someone actually helping me to figure out my pain. I guess I was wrong again. Dr. Wallace came in almost 20 min if not more after my appt time. I'm normally understanding to this since the Dr can never help what a patient needs.
He just walked in & already had an attitude towards me. He said he still hadn't gotten the records from Az Pain like it was my fault. If your staff can't get them that's on them not me. Now if they would have called me to call them or even go pick them up I would have been happy to do it. I can't help if I dont know.
Then he started in about the MRI again like it was my fault like I hadn't got it & I need to write everything down as far as my appts so I don't forget. First off you dont know me cause you never even asked anything about me. I do write my appts down. I had an appointment on August 11th to get the MRI but the insurance denied it. He had no right to accuse me of this and I made it known.
