Wonderful first visit. Dr. Heffernan listened carefully and presented options, the first of which was “do nothing”. I feel like I’m in good hands and have some agency on my care.

I felt he listened to me and was genuinely concerned. Usually he seems to be in a rush. Thank you!

Great attitude, & clearly explains each process. Also appreciate his approach to surgery, did not push me into it & left the timing up to me!

First visit with this doctor. I was a little nervous because of not knowing what to expect with my hand issues. The staff took care in helping me sign in. The doctor looked up some of my test and results. I was referred to one of his colleagues for further evaluation. I will definitely recommend him.

refreshingly honest! I appreciate him being to the point, but kind at the same time. I wish I could find a PCP like him. Thank you doctor! O' the medication I could not remember by name is Diclofenac, so I am right on track! I look forward to seeing you again.

I’m so grateful for the surgical skills of this kind and caring physician. I have experienced a great many years of pain and discomfort. I’m doing physical therapy now, the muscles are feeling less sore and the shoulder pain is gone! Thank you so much
