Dr. Starr is the best! He always takes his time with me and explains everything so I understand completely. He is not one to rush to operate if the facts don't warrant it.
Always friendly, smart, clear, realistic.
Best lumbar spine surgeon in DC area.
Very clear with his assessment of my condition, very pleasant.
Very warm, perceptive physician, who explains your condition well and gives you excellent advice about how to move forward… Really liked the guy…
Good listener, kind man, friendly. Have complete confidence in him.
A kind, patient, caring man with the hands of a Michaelangelo. Gives you a straight set of pres-surgical parameters so you can understand what it is that you are undertaking.
My surgery was a difficult and challenging one for Dr. Starr. But he used his talents and skills, and explained things to me so that I could understand everything, and I am now living with a very happy outcome.
