I could have shown up 1 hour late for my appt. Was NOT happy about waiting that long because I had other appts to attend which I had to cancel. But when I was finally seen, he was not rushed and explained different options for my ailments and answered questions in detail. So that turned ny disappointment around. And the nurse was actually amusing and kind.

Didn’t listen to me. Was very abrupt. Made decisions and didn’t discuss them with me.
