Dr . Kirchner was so kind to me and he really listened to what my foot problem is.

I thought Dr. Kirchner was very knowledgeable, very approachable. I was surprised that he did not introduce himself when he came in the room.

I thought the doc was great. The gentlemen that came and gave me a theraband for exercise said he could not find them so he would email them to me. I never got the exercises

Had a 9:00 appointment. Was out before 9:00 and scheduled for surgery. Quick, efficient and have complete trust in the team.

I like him as a doctor, but his scheduling is very inconsiderate of patient time--4 of us were scheduled to see him at 7:30a, which is obviously impossible to do, so we all waited around for him.

Everyone was very nice. Check in process easy. Taken back to a room quickly. Had a little bit of a wait but I was early for my appointment.

Very personable and caring! I’ve already recommended him to a friend. She recently had an appointment with Dr. Kirchner and she agrees. If ever needed, I’ll come back to Dr. Kirchner.

I love my Dr. He’s a genius. He has an excellent bedside manor. He listens to how I’m feeling and where the pain is. He makes my healing plan according to my circumstances instead of doing across the board for everyone type of care. I had an accident in 2008. I had been to 4 surgeons until I made it to him. He literally save my foot. After having a surgery on my ankle from a previous surgeon my circulation was terrible. My foot would swell and turn blue. He repaired it and fused it. Im so thankful for him. I’m amazed at his capabilities. He’s the best.

Dr. Kirchner replaced my ankle in 2016 & gave me a whole new life! He checks annually to make sure all is well. He actually performed an additional surgery in 2019 to remove some spurring & scar tissue. This most recent visit was to discuss removal of a bunion on the other foot which will be done in a few months. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Kirchner for any foot or ankle issues.

Dr. Kirchner and his staff are amazing! Dr. Kirchner is very intelligent, kind and full of patience. His assistant Sam, his MA and his radiology tech are both amazing as well. The whole staff is amazing and always willing to go above and beyond to help you in anyway possible. We recommend everyone we know or come into contact with that has an Ortho issue to use this group.

"Old school" in the very best sense of the word! Strong bedside, great sense of humor, makes you feel "seen" and heard. Makes genuine eye contact. Not in a hurry to get to the next chart. Treats you like a person and not a chart number. And...great surgical hands. Grateful to place my health in them.

Great Advice!

he sent me back to work to early and it caused my to loose half my foot, he is slow about sending in prescriptions,and they charge $25 to fill out some papeerwork, and then take thier sweet time to fill them out

I really like the care Dr Kirchner provides but the waiting time to be seen once in the exam room was close to an hour. Then after being told an MRI would be necessary, it was another 30 minutes before I was notified that they had to check with my insurance company for MRI coverage so I could go home.

I have had a great experience so far, he and his staff are very kind and friendly.

Doctor is great, the wait is terrible.

He was nice, no chitchat nor introductions. He was 1/2 hours late seeing me. No one told us he was late or anything about why. Finally, someone in the waiting room ask the front desk. They said he was "running late". He did not acknowledge he was running behind nor apologize. I thought it was disrespectful to his patients.

Waited forever to see the dr. Then he spent all of maybe 5 minutes with me and then disappeared. Now have been waiting 2.5 days for results of MRI and they say nothing in my chart. I call imaging and they tell me results were sent. They fax again and I still have not heard

I feel more discussion would help the patient be able to ask more questions and fully understand what’s happening.

Dr. Kirchner is great, but the 2 hour wait was not.

After an hour and fifteen minutes after checking in on the kiosk, I had to reschedule to come next week.

Great friendly people

No follow up directions. Spent 2.5 hours in the office for a total of 1 minute with the doctor. NO INFO given to me about my condition. I started off being pleased with him, but I am very frustrated with him now.

He was professional, knowledgeable and very nice! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to wait about an hour to see him.
