"You guys are a mess" was the first thing Dr. Redmond said upon entering the exam room for our consult. The wife and I could only chuckle after he'd seen the X-rays for her hips and my knees. Well, he took care of her hips in 2020 and my knees in 2021 and we couldn't be happier. I had time to get additional opinions beforehand from Orlando to Jax with alternative technigues for total knee replacement (TKR) but felt most at ease with Dr. Redmond's expertise, chairside manner and confidence dealing with technology. He agreed to do TKR a week apart for me. It was rough the first two weeks as he predicted but I got through it with regular stretching and gym workouts. I returned to pickleball two months after my 2nd knee was done and now play 4-5X/week to the amazement of family, friends and fellow players.

Dr Redmond seems to be a great Dr and very knowledgeable, but he always gives the feeling he can't get out of the room fast enough. I understand he is a very busy man, but when you have to wait 8 weeks for an appt with him, it would be nice if he could take his time and not have his foot ready to spring out of the chair and out of the room. The appts feel ackwardly rushed.
