Dr. John R. Wilkinson, M.D. and his wife call Abingdon home, he is excited to return to provide care for the communities of Southwest Virginia. Dr. Wilkinson joined Eye Physicians of SWVA in August of 2022 after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Carson-Newman University and completing his Medical Degree from ETSU James H. Quillen College of Medicine, he then completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine.
