Was great about getting me in that day as a new patient.

Fast efficient, super friendly!!

The staff told me I didn’t owe anything and they called me back saying I did owe a little. Which was fine I was not real happy with optical telling me I should check with there other offices. Which were not helpful.

Been going to this office with my kidos for 10yrs now. Dr. Harrington has always been so good.

I checked in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I then sat in the waiting room until 20 minutes passed my appointment time. No one advised me he was running late, or anything. I was so pissed I got my co-pay back and left. My time is as valuable as his is. When I reschedule, I hope for a much better response.

As always my experience was great. Since 2005 I've been with Dr. Harrington and wouldn't consider going to any other doctor.

He was a nice doctor, easy to talk to, easy to ask questions, unfortunately I'm not always a great patient and tend to interrupt doctors, sometimes a lot, he didn't seem to get irritated at me thankfully-at least not noticeably. Also he did seem to try to get me to buy their products related to my problem, which I wish dr would have understood more that I'm on disability SSI and don't have money for ANYTHING, but I still need the products to get better so they need to find a way for their low income patients to get what they need, without trying to sell them stuff. Also I could have done with more explanation about my problem, I felt like it was a very quick appointment without much explanation of how my eye is doing since you looked for a second under a scope, more was needed to be done to try to make my problem better. But the guy himself was really nice And did give some advice.

Dr. Harrington was very patient and understanding with me. He calmly explained what he believed the issue was and helped me to understand what the next steps would be.

Was not very personable. He was not rude, but a little brusque. I’m not even sure he knew my name.

Dr Harrington was very informative about the various treatments for my allergy eyes and prescribed a more appropriate remedy compared to otc.

Rose was great. Saw the doctor for five minutes or less. I’m sure he is a nice guy but it’s hard to gauge with so little time spent.

He was very nice both to me and my kids. Also he explained everything really good.

Great visit the MA that I had told me everything he was doing before he did. It explained what he would be doing. Made you feel very comfortable. The doctor did the same. He explained what he was looking at and doing and made me feel comfortable about what was going on with my eyes and not to worry if I had any other problems just to reach out great experience.

Never felt like a Dr, cared less about resolving an issue or making sure a patient has any/all questions answered. Very few questions were asked of me in any effort to better understand any aspect of my health concern.

Dr. Harrington saved my vision! During a routine checkup, he detected a problem and promptly sent me to a retina specialist who verified that I had a detached retina. I trust him to do a thorough job and to provide quality care.
