Dr.Pirani saved my life through an emergency kidney procedure. Then later performed 2 more kidney procedures. He is an amazing surgeon. He answered all questions and concerns I had clearly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Through Dr. Pirani’s career as a urologist and seeing the need for early detection and education of testicular cancer and prostate cancer awareness, he is the cofounder of Man Up Gadsden, a non profit organization focusing on men’s health.
Dr. Pirani and his wife, Connie, have two boys. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, fitness training, and spending quality time with his family.
