He has been trained in advanced laparoscopic procedures including the da Vinci® robot and prostatic brachytherapy. Through Dr. Pirani’s career as a urologist and seeing the need for early detection and education of testicular cancer and prostate cancer awareness, he is the cofounder of Man Up Gadsden, a non profit organization focusing on men’s health.
Dr. Pirani and his wife, Connie, have two boys. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, fitness training, and spending quality time with his family.
