Dr Phelan is an amazingly kind Dr who truly cares not only about the conditions he’s treating, but the whole person as well as what may be happening in their life that may be contributing to feeling bad but also making sure they are safe. I have been beyond blessed to have him as my Dr for the last 15 yrs.
