Dr. Elton and his assistant Jesse was fabulous. I drive a long way to see them. I leave my own hospital HRRMC to use their services Kathy at the Registration Desk was so unkind and pushy with me. She wanted me to wait till 415 to see the doctor on my scheduled visit. I left my home in Salida early and was there by 9:15 checking in. Kathy asked me , told me,to go into town to shop and wait till my scheduled visit. Jesse said that she and Dr. Elton were very happy. I was there, it was walk in clinic, and I was listed as their last patient of the day. I explained: since I was a walk-in, I had planned to come early. But I had to come over Hoosier Pass, and you never know if an accident occu I decided to try to get there early in the day. At that point, I knew I was the last patient listed for the day. In my clinic, we’re always happy to get patients through earlier, when possible. I don’t know why Kathy felt the need to rebuke me. I was So Embarrassed. She didn’t care.

I’m still recuperating from my surgery but I’m expecting great results. He is thorough with all explanations and I never feel rushed.
