45 minutes late, again.

I had the 1st appt at 8. He pulled in at 8:25 and saw me at 8:30. I was told to be there at 7:45. This has been ongoing. Time to find another provider.9

He is an excellent listener and very attentive However his front staff was rude and didn’t give me my paperwork and refused to do anything the Dr requested because I didn’t have my new insurance card

He takes his time assessing what your situation is, and discusses options that will work best, but most if all he LISTENS to YOU. A lot of us KNOW our bodies and WHAT WORKS. AND WHAT DOESN’T. So when I tell him something else WORKS BETTER for ME, he will consider using that instead of something he suggested but I KNOW from the past hasn’t worked as well!! That is what I liked about my old doctor, so when he was forced to retire I was VERY PLEASED when Dr.Forney took over, for him. He was the perfect fit to fill Dr. Ellis’s shoes.
