Dr. Mills grew up on a farm in Marietta, OH, and received his medical doctor degree from Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, OH. Dr. Mills moved from Ohio to the Emerald Coast in 2005.

Dr. Mills accepts walk-in patients at the White-Wilson Immediate Care Clinics.
Dr. Mills believes that listening to the patient's concerns is the best approach in providing quality care. He also strongly believes in treating people how you would want to be treated, especially when it comes to patient's health care needs.
In his spare time, Dr. Mills enjoys time with his wife and family. When he is not caring for patients, you can catch Dr. Mills enjoying the great outdoors and playing tennis.
Did not introduce himself. Did not know anything about getting Paxlovid for free versus paying $525 out of my pocket. Went on vacation the day after I saw him, then never returned calls that week for multiple messages I left for him. Did not delegate to someone to cover for him while gone. Unimpressed with service
Listened well, Came up quickly with an appropriate plan for treatment of my Acute Problem.

Ive been a patient at Wite Wison Medical Center for about 36 years. I always get excellent care from al of the doctors. Dr Mills cared enough about me that day to send me to the ER. He thought that would be the best advice he could give me for the issue I was having. I was ok but he wanted to be safe than sorry. He explained in detail about and existing communication that had been going on for a while. I think he is an amazing doctor
