Dr. Galla explained everything thoroughly and in terms I could understand. I appreciate his compassion and willingness to help in any way he could. He also offered to talk with another family member for further clarification. (I've never had another Dr offer to do this. I trust Dr Galla to the nth degree. ).

Did not see the Doctor.
Waited over an hour after appointment time, never called back. I understood at least 5 or 6 people were ahead of me which at this rate would have been another hour to see the doctor. Not much sense in making an appointment!!
