He.listens, he is caring offers suggestions does follow ups always jokes with me. I was so very nervous at first and even during a procedure to zap kidney stone he was so understanding and genuine listening to my issue. He did the procedure without anesthesia. Gave me options and I choose to continue. I totally trust him and appreciate him. He is awesome.
