Dr. Lieser was very thorough during my visit with him. He took his time to explain my hearing test results, and how we should proceed from there. Even though the office was very busy that day, he did not rush through my visit. He is a good listener and easy to talk to.

Dr. Leister was very professional and personable, explaining everything well.

I had fallen down and hit my head and before my appointment, Dr. Lieser had looked at my xrays and was prepared to talk to me when he came through the door. He told me exercises to do to keep scar tissue from interferring with my eye movement and possible vision. He tested my eye movement and saw no problems so far. He also listened to other problems I've been having and set me up to see other specialists and also a folloowup with him. He was so professional but yet very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Lieser's office, I knew I was in good hands. His staff was very nice, professional, and caring. According to a biopsy done at another doctors office I was positive for cancer under the right side of my tongue but that doctor couldnt do the surgery anymore as he was close to retirement. Dr. Lieser scheduled me for surgery asap (within two weeks from my first appointment with him). Long story short, The surgery went well. He was able to remove the cancer entirely from my tongue (as confirmed by pathological team) in the first go. I cant recommend him enough. He was friendly, nice, and answered all of my questions. He truly is a hero. I recommend Dr. John Lieser to anyone for all of their ENT related issues.

Went to imagine center for swallow test, never got results, same way with MW Hospital. He said I had a endless supply of refills for my medicine. I tried for refill my medicine and could not. They said they would send him a notice. it's been several months since then and still n medicine. I don't need this kind of Doctor.

Mateo had surgery last year everything went smoothly. Mateo is Now three years old and he is doing great. No more ear infections. Performed a corterization up in the nose of an 86 year old patient with myelo dysplasia, who shortly thereafter developed pneumonia and died.

Goes above and beyond to provide excellent patient care with kindness, consideration and up to date knowledge.
