John Kroger, MD received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University in 2012 graduating with a degree in Biological Sciences. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2017.
He then completed his Ophthalmology training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He returned to Ohio to complete a fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at the Ohio State University and came on to join Marion and Delaware Eye Centers in 2022.

We were treated well! Dr Krogers knows his trade well! No troubles at all
He made me feel very comfortable during my office and during surgery. Explained in detail that I could follow. His staff was very polite which calmed my nerves I had going in. Highly recommend.
Everyone was very nice. Dr. Kroger explained what was going on with my eyes. Came up with a solution. Let me ask questions and was very patient and professional.
Explained my issues well. He listened to me and answered all my questions.
Dr. Kroger is not only a great doctor he is an excellent communicator. He cares about his parents and has a true passion for being a doctor. I will never forget how kind he was to my 99 years young Mom. He advised me he would accommodate enter and check out her eyes in her wheelchair. My heart melted.
Explained what was happening with my vision. I understood what he was talking about.
He is very professional. He made me feel relaxed and very comfortable.
