I am SO EXCITED that when making an appointment 3 months ago, I was assigned to Dr Hyden. He LISTENS. He gave me a cortisone injection in my knee just short of 3 months. GREAT improvement but I still had some localized pain. I returned today (6/25) and told immediately that my insurance would cover a follow-up injection. Dr Hyden was concerned about my quality of life and could tell that I was typically active. He just smiled and stated it's the same knee but the injection would be in a different area of the knee. Its 10:58pm and ALL pain is gone. He is MY doctor for now onward Super Super patient focused.

I have seen John several times in the past and he always is professional, personal, and efficient. It is hard to achieve 2 of those let alone 3. Campbell clinic is the Chick-Fil-A of orthopedic clinics. Like a well oiled machine, they are able to get me in and out and I feel like I got an accurate diagnosis. Most of all, Campbell Clinic respects their patient’s time. That is a rarity these days. Congratulations on a job well done!!!

EXCELLANT REALLY LIKED HIM

He done an X-ray before he even talked to me. I knew it wasn’t a bone. He said I had bursitis and you could actually feel the knotted muscle on my shoulder. He order a rx and therapy. I went home and rolled my shoulder with a tennis ball and got the knot out myself. He didn’t act concerned at all.

He asked about my past medical history, he listened to me as I explained my pain, he explained to me what and why I was hurting, he then gave me the necessary steps to alleviate my pain without throwing a bunch of pain medication/ drugs at me and send me home. Dr.Hyden clearly cares about his patients, and I'm so happy that I've had the chance to find that out today, in his office. Also, his staff was Fabulous too!!

My biggest complaint is not about dmDr. Hayden: I had an accident that affected my whole right side. I would’ve liked to addressed at least the three most impactful areas - I’m not sure that focusing on one area solves the whole equation.

Doctor Hyden is a superlative Physician. With way too much time with Doctors due to being an old retired Army Special Operator. He is personable whereas some doctors may have excellent technical skills, which every Doctor at Campbell has, but some are grossly lacking in bedside manor. Well done sir and thank you Campbell C!!
