1) Going forward (IE, next surgery, setting my expectations would be good.
2) My post Op Experience was by far the worst experience I have ever had. This is likely due to anesthesia Dr issues not Dr Matthews

Dr. Matthews has compassion and that is why I decided to have him as my surgeon. After some research, I knew he was the right surgeon to do my total knee replacement.

Dr. Mathews is a professional in every sense of the word. By that I mean, he listens intently to your concerns, asks questions and waits for your responses. He is the first Orthopedic Surgeon who showed me both of my knees (by X-ray) for comparison and for my understanding of the surgery I had, had. He then outlined in detail the instruction for my therapists to follow for a speedy recovery. At my follow-up appointment, he gave me the option of reconstruction or continued therapy. Continued therapy was my best option. May I inform the reader that Dr. Mathews was not the Surgeon who initially gave me the knee replacement. I visited him for repair work. How I wish he was my original Surgeon. He is well-mannered and pleasant to talk to. He is concerned about the healing of his patient and wants the best care from his physical therapist. Don’t hesitate to have continued conversation with him.

Dr. Matthew's was very kind and he went above and beyond to explain my MRI and Diagnosis in A language that most people can understand. He wasn't out to do surgery for unnecessary procedure. I fully trust him and his opinion! I recommend him to anyone who's having hip pain, knee Pain or back pain!
