I am very happy with the results, during and after surgery. He did an excellent job.

Honestly I was a little disappointed in the time he spent examining my issue. I was in and out of his office in about 3 minutes without a very clear answer. I understand that it’s hard to diagnose issues on the spot and usually needs time and tests to figure out. However he didn’t really do any tests or ask very many questions so I left a little frustrated and discouraged.

Explains everything in a way I can understand lol

Dr. Horberg took the time to explain my knee pain thoroughly. He reassured me that my total knee replacement was done very well (in 2010) and is intact. He ordered blood tests to rule out any infection and a CT scan to look more closely at a bone spur. He also ordered a hinged knee brace, which will provide support as I engage in home physical therapy, s/p a lumbar fusion in Dec. 2022. He explained why my knee may be buckling, which my neurosurgeon in Florida would not. He showed me the x-rays of my knee replacement, which was very reassuring. He also demonstrated on a plastic model where the bone spur is and how it might or might impact my knee. He discussed what he will do if the bone spur presents a problem. He also discussed my right shoulder pain, which is increasing with use of the wheelchair. He will follow-up with me after the diagnostics are completed, at which time he will take x-rays of my right shoulder and address any needs. He was gracious, kind and thorough!

Dr. Horberg and Mariana put me at ease, addressed what was wrong and provided options on how to go forward. Great care.9

Yall! Dr Horberg may be new, but he knows his stuff! Straight to the point, no stuffy suit and tie, just a normal Ole boy trying to help people! The office staff and xray tech were amazing. Everything was quick and to the point. Nobody likes to sit around and wait forever. I didn't have to worry about that one bit. In, xrays and out in what seemed like 30 min! He could've totally made a quick buck on total knee surgery but didn't! Major kudos, Sir!
