Dr. Franklin is a wonderful Doctor very professional and and very dedicated, informative and detailed. He explains everything and I am looking forward to have my knee surgery. I trust him with my life and I know I will be 100 % better then now. Dr. Franklin has a wonderful way to talk to his patients he is treats everyone like there are his family. And he always has a nice word when he send you away. I am so glad I found him many years ago go . He brought me a long way to do my job with a damage knee. Thank you Dr. Franklin

I truly like Dr. Franklin, he made me feel at ease and his staff was great. I did not feel a thing, no needle no nothing. I would recommend him to anyone that need a doctor. He is so good. Good bedside. I had a great experience. GREAT JOB DR. J FRANKLIN.

Dr. John H. Franklin, MD specializes in knee and hip total joint replacement, with a particular interest in partial knee replacement, hip resurfacing, and revision total joint replacement.
Dr. Franklin obtained his undergraduate degree from Davidson College and his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He then completed his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Following his residency, Dr. Franklin completed a fellowship in adult hip and knee reconstruction with Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Franklin served for over three years as an Assistant Professor in total joint replacement in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Augusta University.
