Dr. Franklin was a good listener, just the right level of compassion and matter of fact information provided to me to help me understand my current condition and the steps to be taken to get better.

Wouldn’t look at the MRI’s that I brought in and wasn’t interested in any of my previous records. A couple of X-rays and he diagnoses me absolutely wrong. I messaged my previous orthopedic doctor. Waiting for a response. Dr. Franklin had no answers to any of my questions except that nothings wrong, treat your pain. That’s good news, he says. Good news? Idk wth is going on and why it hurts so much! That’s not good news.
