My only comment is about the reception area no greeting or acknowledgment of patient. Before I could finish writing my I was being told that I had a $40.00 co-pay. Being that the check in person is the first person you see I personally feel that some form of acknowledgement would be required.

Dr Franklin was very thorough and went over everything with me before presenting solutions. I felt he truly listened to what I explained I was experiencing and gave me a long term plan instead of a short term fix. I was truly happy a d felt good about my visit and what he suggested. 10 out of 10 and definitely my doctor from here on out.
