Well , after waiting an hour and a half I was call in. The people there were very nice and professional. It was a good experience and I was given good information about my visit.

He did my husband's rotator cuff surgery 3 years ago great success. Now I have similar issue. Was in and out of office so quickly questions answered thoroughly. Xray and injections done so fast. Can't recommend more highly!

Although I never actually spoke with Dr. Greco, his nurse practitioner and staff were professional and friendly. They took good care of me but got me in and out quickly.

Dr. Greco is amazing, he suggests several options and really discusses the potential risk and outcomes. Great physician, highly recommend him for any knee and shoulder concerns!

Lacks bedside manner. Very sure of his ability and may not like if you challenge him in anyway. Example: after long vigorous PT for 8-12 weeks you are developing other issues associated with your surgery. That’s not his problem he still wants to document that you are good to go. He needs to work on listening and some simple bedside manners.

I like the fact he will sit and talk with you and explain everything you need to know. He has always helped me with my medical problems. I will continue being his patient. Thank you Dr. Greco

Pawned me off on Nurse Practitioner after my Doc wanted me to specifically see him and I had a lot of questions for him. No one told me I wasn’t seeing him, they just sent a NP into the room that said “what did you do to your knee” and didn’t even look at my forms I filled out (med history, background, how long this has been going on, etc) and left them laying there till a nurse picked them up before I left. I don’t understand why my knee and leg is swollen at all.

So far so good. Dr. Greco is very personable. I’m only 2 weeks out from surgery (had bone spur and 20-25% year in labram) and recovery is going well so far; however, I won’t be able to tell if it stopped my pain until I’m fully recovered. He did perform surgery on my grandmother’s shoulder and my mom’s shoulder, which both turned out well, so I’m expecting the same. The whole staff at TOC were very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Greco has a great reputation. Now that I've been under the knife, I couldn't agree more. Shoulder reconstruction (and recovery) have come along much better than I expected. Truly top-notch. Would recommend him to anyone and would seek him out in the future (if needed).

Dr. Greco and the entire TOC team that I interacted with was phenomenal! I'm a big chicken when comes to pain and I was told I could benefit from a cortisone shot straight into the shoulder joint. I wasn't exactly thrilled about that idea but Kristen and also Nicole explained the procedure from start to finish and when they actually did it, I barely felt anything! I was also advised I'm going to need surgery on this shoulder very shortly and the thorough explanation I received from Dr. Greco and his staff was very comprehensive and appreciated. I'm very much looking forward to getting this situation resolved and glad Dr Greco and his team are going to be the one taking care of me!

I am not satisfied with my care nor my initial appointment. I was referred by my family physician . He wanted Dr. Greco to do what I was scheduled to have done in DeKalb yet as I was sitting in pre--op holding just about to go into surg and my surgery was cancelled I told my MD what occurred and he referred me to Dr. Greco for surgery. I am In severe pain and unable to perform ANY ADLs .m I am completely unable to work . I had a recent injury with resulting trauma to my shoulder and pinky. I had no issues with the arm before then . I saw only the NP . I have been an RN since 1993 and I understand the role of NP ... She was professional . I am not pleased that I was not seen by the ORTHOPOD. I have not had any relief . I also know how laws have changed regarding scheduled narcotics but I am in constant and severe pain to the point I am in tears most if the day. I have tried

Great Doctor

Extremely professional staff. From in take nurses, X-ray technicians, all staff II came in contact with. All very friendly and informative. I knew exactly what was happening and possible outcomes. Dr. Greco is the best, professional with humor and good bed side manner. He explains everything lets you ask questions. He was not in and out with me. I had to have a cortisone shot in arm and knee and Dr. Greco checked in on me.

Quick service and good results. I hated that the 4 pages of forms I filled out had some of the same questions asked at the kiosk Also, you need places for people to sit for the kiosk. Many people coming to you have issues standing.

He took time with me; I answered his questions. He answered my questions completely. He gave me the positives & negatives of surgery (arthroscopic) . I’ve had so many surgeries I know the system quite well. “I have more holes in me from surgeries than a screen door has holes”- RayWebb The first stretch of weather so cold, I will call for arthroscopic surgery. Then another review will be forthcoming from me. I think positive because I would not do surgery with a low success rate.

Dr. Greco and his team are very friendly. They also make you feel comfortable and tell you of the options you have about your care. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries ( one because I fell on the shoulder before it was well ) and can tell you because of his care and that of his physical therapy department I still have better than 90% mobility in my shoulders.

He seemed very knowledgeable and put me at ease. I’m a very complicated patient, but I feel that he can care for me with the level of expertise that I need.

Dr. Greco is one terrific doctor. I've been to him for a couple of knee problems, and shoulder pain. He's very friendly, professional, and efficient. He explains what your problems are caused by, gets X-rays and MRIs when needed, then gives you options for medical treatment and information on things you can do to prevent it from happening again. I recommended him to several people and family members with bone or joint problems, and will continue to do so.

Dr Greco is wonderful and does a great job, but TOC Franklin Street main office is horrible. The support staff treats patients like cattle. I will not be back. I hope Greco will find a new org to do business with so I can use him in the future.
