Friendly and knowledgeable
Took his time and gave me options and information to make my decision
Very informative and professional put alot of my nerves at ease
I greatly appreciated the time and thorough examination. Dr. Dunleavy took the time to examine my knee and then went one step further to examine my hip on the same side. Explaining the alignment process would start with replacing the hip and then replacing the knee. That replacing the knee without addressing the hip would lead to miss alignment. I have seen a number of surgeon's that never addressed my hip just wanted to schedule the knee replacement. Hi prognosis was not what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to hear. Dr Dunleavy didn't rush our appointment, answered all of my questions, even the ones I hadn't asked, and was not pushing surgery.

He was wonderful. Very professional and understanding and helpful as to getting my procedure moving along quickly so I could go on vacation.
Just completed my 3rd surgery with Dr. Dunleavy. Experienced Excellent results on my Hip and was back to work in 4 weeks., 2 weeks earlier than Inwas approved for. The MAKO robot (also used on Olympic skiers) is the pinnacle of surgical methods and in my opinion for unequal precision. Don’t wait. Get it done.
