Dr. John D. Ramirez Jr., D.C., R.N., D.A.C.N.B. is board-certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE), Board Certified by the American Chiropractic Nuerology Board and a license registered nurse. Following his undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida, Dr. Ramirez earned his chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and later pursued a registered nursing license. During his time at Palmer College Dr. Ramirez also completed 300 hours of additional study in Functional Neurology at the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies and 150 hours in Electrodiagnostics at the Neuro Diagnostics Institute. In addition to his education, Dr. Ramirez’s experience extends to working as a chiropractor in the Tampa Bay area and completing an internship at Florida Orthopaedic Institute in 2013, working under Dr. Reina.
Dr. Ramirez is a certified Functional Training Specialist and Personal Trainer from the International Sports and Fitness Trainers Association. In 2013, Dr. Ramirez was awarded the Clinical Service Award for dedicated commitment and service to patients.
In his spare time, Dr. Ramirez enjoys traveling around the world and spending time with his family.

Real good experience. He thorough, he takes his time. It was a little bit of a wait but I understand he really helps people. Would you rather go to the 20 minute doctor that puts you out and does not address all your concerns? You would feel cheated this doctor actually works for his salary , he cares, and has a good beside manner. This is how all doctor of chiropractic should be. Exemplary service! Professional and clean, he washed his hands too!

Dr. Ramirez is consistently helpful and informative with lots of practical measures I can implement in order to relieve pain. I always leave the office feeling much better and with ideas on how to stay that way! Great compassionate doctor!

Dr. Ramirez is a great doctor. I have seen him for a couple years now. He takes his time and really helps you. I have walked in with extreme pain, and I left being able to move without pain. He is very caring, he listens to you, and makes you feel comfortable.
