Dr Franzen is a very compassionate, empathetic, and has true passion for helping his patients. He always gives me options with possible outcomes and then asks what I want to do. He doesn’t push meds on me. I was apprehensive about TMS to begin with but it has saved my life in more ways than one. Dr. Franzen and the entire office staff are phenomenal! They make setting or rescheduling appointments simple and painless, and refilling my medications has never taken longer than a calendar day. Highly recommend to anyone in the metro area!
